A subquery is a SELECT statement nested in a statement or in another subquery. Usually, they are used to return data that will be used in the main query as a condition to help narrow down the data that is being retrieved. This course teaches students what subqueries are, how to create a subquery, how to create subqueries with aggregate functions, about nested subqueries, and how to use the IN keyword with subqueries.
